Silent Auction Donation
The Texas Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (TAHSA) and the Educational Institute on Aging (EIA) will hold our Annual Meeting May 18-20, 2009, in Austin, Texas. As is our custom, we will conduct a Silent Auction to benefit EIA. The proceeds of this auction will help to fund educational opportunities in all aspects of care and services for the aging. These opportunities are targeted to various disciplines from nurses to social workers to administrators to chaplains to activity directors to dietitians to nurse aides.
Because you are a friend to the industry, we are asking you to support the Silent Auction with a donation - any type, any value. It can make a decided difference in the services we are able to offer to a broad range of worthy recipients.
Your donation will be tax deductible and will be publicly acknowledged at our Annual Meeting with a written mention in the packet given to all attendees (we expect 700-800 such attendees).
Click here to download a donation form. We ask that you fax in your donation form by Friday, February 27, 2009 (the actual donation item does not need to be sent in at that time). All items must be delivered to the TAHSA office no later than Friday, April 17, 2009.
Donations may be sent to:
