TAHSA's 19th Annual "Art Is Ageless" Contest Forms Art Show Coordinator Form 2009 Rules and Entry Forms Packet 2009 Participant Flyer Timeline November 14, 2008 - Art Show Coordinator forms due. January 31, 2009 - Entries due in the TAHSA office. February 2009 - First round of judging. Art Show Coordinators notified of finalists. April 2009 - Placement judging, Art Show Coordinators notified of place winners. Participation certificates mailed out. May 16, 2009 - "Art Is Ageless" Gala Awards Ceremony & Reception at the Renaissance Hotel in Austin.
