Meeting Registration
Please stop by the registration booth during the posted hours to pick up your conference materials. Conference name badges must be worn for admission to all conference events, including educational sessions, meal functions, social events, and the Trade Show.
Location of Sessions and Events
This year the Annual Meeting and Trade Show will be at the Renaissance Hotel in Austin.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations MUST be received in writing at the TAHSA office postmarked on or before May 9. A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. NO refunds will be issued after May 9. Substitutions may be
made in writing at any time for persons unable to attend. NO refunds will be given to those who fail to show up for the meeting.
For Your Comfort
Staff does their best to provide a comfortable climate for the meeting, however, sometimes it is warmer or cooler than you prefer. Please layer your clothing or bring a sweater or light jacket with you to the sessions. Also, we ask everyone to please turn off cellular phones and pagers during sessions.
Attire
Casual attire is recommended throughout the conference, with the exception of the Annual Banquet, which is dressy to semiformal.
